Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of perfume and attar products, returns and exchanges are limited.

Returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product received is:

Damaged,

Defective, or
-
Incorrect.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of product receipt.

A complete unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened) is mandatory for claims.

Products must remain unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
Refunds are granted under specific conditions:

Refunds are issued only if:

A wrong product has been delivered, or
-
The product arrived damaged/defective and cannot be replaced.

Fragrance preferences, change of mind, or personal dislike of the scent do not qualify for refunds.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after claim approval.
